Not very comfortable in bedding
I have never tried any of these neck pillows so I don't know how it differs from the others. But it's really uncomfortable and ironically my neck hurt one morning. Sleeping on your side is more comfortable than your back, but either way it's not great, and I personally haven't had any back or neck pain.
