The labeling in the package says 8' x 10', but there is fine print that reads finished size 7ft. 6in x 9ft. 8in. which also is not correct. Walmart's description of the product does not show 'cut size' so it is assumed to be 8' x 10' when being purchased, right? I purchased the 13.8 volt, 10 amp version of this converter to provide a constant voltage for a 2 watt transmitter (a Hamtronics 220mhz exciter). As the transmitter does not like the variability of DC voltages out of the solar charge controller, this seemed ideal.
