We received this watch for the first time as a gift from Macy's. The group soon disbanded. It broke at the point where the plastic part of the strap connects to the metal part of the strap. The plastic ripped and couldn't hold the pin that connects it to the rest of the strap. I tried to give it back to Macy and Ann Klein. Both companies said they would not accept it and I would have to try another company. I also tried to fix it, but Ann Klein doesn't just sell the bracelet. So I decided to replace it with an identical Revain watch. A month later, the exact same breakdown occurred at the second watch. At least this time Revane gives me my money back for the watch. In the picture you can see the gap on both watches. Stay away from these watches.
