I would give a 5 if assembly wasn't so difficult and a few screws were missing. Pros: * Awesome and absolutely gorgeous looking fan! *Quiet.*Has a low, medium and high speed. And I love the remote control! Cons: * A few screws were missing. *And the hardware plate you install is not standard so my nephew had to drill holes to align with the plate sent. * Difficult to install * The light is very bright - two settings - white and yellowish. It's not necessarily bad, but brighter than I expected. Someone might like it! * Each "ball" of the chandelier needs to be hung separately. There are pens for that. * I am thinking of buying 3 more fans with retractable blades (not this particular one) and when I asked my nephew if he would hang others he said no. lol Suggestions: * If you're not a handyman say hire an electrician to do the installation or if you have a friend or relative. I paid my nephew who is an electrician to install a fan. * It takes a long time! This is the coolest and most elegant fan I have ever seen! And it's great! And it costs money to pay someone to install it.
