Yes, I bought this item before my daughter had a bike. She went to the store with her grandfather and chose her bike, a 16-inch frozen bike with a sled on the handlebars that doubles as a doll's seat. We tried attaching this doll seat to the back of the bike but it was quite difficult and we haven't managed to do it yet. This is a great seat for a Build-A-Bear or American Girl doll. We decorated it with stickers - super cute! But attaching it to the bike is not the best experience. The attachment point of the seat to the bike is the main problem. The brace on the doll's seat is very strong metal - quite thick - and doesn't bend well to adjust. We have it on the bike, we have the hardware INCLUDED, but there is no way to adjust/tighten the hardware for stability due to corners. We haven't succeeded yet, but we haven't given up completely. If we give up, we'll give this to a friend who doesn't have a doll seat on her bike. Update July 19, 2016 - I used the doll seat as a toy shovel in my daughter's room.
