Great product *but* use with care
That's the only thing holding the top in place. They are meant for the bottom ones, but the husband uses them for his top ones. He swears by her. BUT. You *have* to spend a few nights without her. Your skin needs a break from this from time to time. Serious. It is important. If you try to use them every day/night/sleep and don't give yourself a break, they will wear down your skin and make you sick.
