We bought 3 of these shirts for my son. All the same brand, same size, all Revain, but I checked each color because they are different. I don't know if everyone is like me or not, but I rely heavily on product reviews when ordering online. Buy #1 of 3 WHITE. WORKS REALLY GREAT! My son has started a new job at one of the hardware store chains. They require him to wear a collared shirt. He didn't have them and since he works at the garden center I knew they would get dirty and didn't want to spend a lot. Ordered 3 shirts from the same brand. This particular one is WHITE. I'm not very happy with that. The material is very thin and scratches. You can almost see through it, but it works well because he wears a vest over his shirt at work. However, I have to say positively, the shirt is quite dirty and washed well. For $9.00 I probably wouldn't buy again, I'll wait for a sale in one of the department stores and buy a better, softer quality shirt. _________________________________ Buy #2 of 3 ASH GRAY. Ordered 3 shirts from the same brand. This particular one is GRAY. Of the 3 bought, this is the best. It is made of a thicker material than white. It is much softer than white and more true to size than white. It has always amazed me how you can buy multiple items from the same seller and have them fit differently. He wears it the most. Even on heavily soiled days, it can be easily washed out without prewash/stain remover. I'm happy with it considering the price we paid. ________________________________ PURCHASE #3 OF 3 COAL. COSTS A LITTLE BIG! This rating refers to a shirt in the color CHARCOAL. The shirt has a nice dark color that helps keep it clean. I was worried the shirt was too hot. As mentioned in my other shirt reviews, my son works at a garden center hardware store and is often outside. The shirt is light and thin so it doesn't get too hot. Since the color is dark, the fact that it is thin is not such a problem as it is with white. As with the white shirt, the material here is also a bit scratchy. It has been washed several times but the scratchy feeling remained. Just like the white shirt, this shirt tends to be slightly larger than the normal XL shirt. We changed 3 shirts during his weekly schedule. While they may not be my favorite purchase, or even a very good deal, I would not return them. Despite their differences, all 3 shirts are in good condition and are good work shirts.
