I'm 5'8, all legs. This skirt touches my legs so I'm more than satisfied. The material is the same as any you can get from Walmart, Macy's, etc. I also weigh 114 pounds and got a small one. I'm sure this would fit anyone my size who weighs around 125-30 pounds, but I'd suggest going medium if you really don't want to. narrow/tight. I wash it inside out in cold water and hang it to dry. I don't quite understand why so many people say it's thin. Each skirt shows underwear lines. Wear simple thongs or tight-fitting underwear. Shirt, it will show, but this skirt shouldn't be tucked into a shirt, so look for a pencil or maxi skirt in a heavy material.
