When I took it out of the box it wasn't a pretty sight. The drawers were detached, the bottoms of the drawers were ajar, and the dividers were scattered everywhere. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to put everything back in place. Mainly because I thought the bottoms of the drawers were already down, but I figured why don't the dividers fit? It turns out I didn't fully insert the bottom of the box. After fixing - smooth ride. I'm deducting a star for this issue simply because a piece of tape would hold everything in place. I have a lot of Kcups because my family loves a variety of drinks. We are trying to move away from single-use cups and use reusable cups instead. However, this is still a work in progress. As I can never resist a good sale, our collection has grown. I have a drawer under the coffee maker and another under the coffee pot. Including this one - I have a lot of boxes left that I need to find a place to store. I need to weigh my options for additional storage and space. I took the advice of other reviews - one on the right and then upside down for the next. I could get more in each row. I was so impressed I did the same for my other Kcups safe. Overall, I was able to get rid of a few boxes, which helped a lot. This container is not bulky which is good as I have a lot of space in my kitchen. Everything appears to be made of well-made plastic and sturdy for general use. I definitely like the bottom of the drawers as I think it gives extra strength. Overall I think it's a good investment. When I don't need additional storage space for Kcups later, I'm sure I'll find another use for the boxes.
