I bought this shirt for my cat because he had a cut on his neck which he kept licking resulting in a bald spot and I wanted to prevent it gets worse while he was completely exhausted. I do not live. This is a medium sized cat so I bought him a large size and he fit well. The shirt is soft, the turtleneck worked well for the purpose I bought it for (to keep the cat from licking my neck) and it should be comfortable to wear since my cat has been wearing it for over a week worn and didn't try to wriggle out.
