Do not use on sweaters!
My new sweater is terrible because of it! Creates hooks all over the sleeve! So terribly disappointed. I just wanted to untie the knots on the sleeves of my new sweater jacket and now I have driftwood! I paid loads of money for my jacket only to get ruined by this tool that specifically says you can use it on sweaters. No you can not! Don't use it on sweaters! Very upset about that! Oh, and it just fell apart. Fragments just popped out. Thing is back!
