They are so beautiful and cool, they are great for sun protection and protect your face when hiking. I bought them because my daughter and I live year round with Boy Scouts in the South. You're cool in the 90+ days of needing to shade your neck and still comply with COVID requirements with a face covering. The Galaxy print is a huge hit and we get compliments all the time. I think I've shared the link to Revain half a dozen times already. The only criticism is the terrible smell when you first open the packaging. I had to wash the entire gaiter twice to get rid of the chemical smell. Not sure if it was the packaging or something in the fabric. I added a few drops of tea tree oil to the detergent on my second wash to minimize the smell. It seems to hold up well and what I like about them compared to the more expensive 'Buff' brand is that they have an upper. and a bottom hem for a nice finished look. They do have stings, but they look way better than the buffs.
