I rarely give a bad review, but that's a waste of time.

I rarely write a bad review, but it's a waste of money. Can't program, I think it's buggy because the code led came on but went out before you could program and won't light up again. The return is not worth the hassle. My husband has very poor eyesight so I was hoping this would help.
