Loved the locking tab for easy on and off. Perfect fit for my wrist size and I never felt it fall off or break etc. Attractive, I enjoyed wearing it. My dissatisfaction with it and for me is a breach of contract and that's why I've requested a refund, the faceplate isn't a good place to start is it? Individual engraving? Microscopically at a ridiculous level. This is a medical bracelet (use any term) used to notify someone of a medical condition in the event of an emergency. Emergency...no time to get powerful readers to see what's written on it. Therefore, for me it is completely useless - a beautiful bracelet with something like scratches and a medical emblem. I have epilepsy with a VNS implant. When I'm gone and an episode hits me, I know, I know for a fact that I'd rather spend the time visiting than playing guessing games about what my bracelet is trying to tell them that I can't.
