We've been using this type of pasta for decades. Cooking pasta for festively decorated tables has become a family tradition. My kids are pretty good at making pasta, as are my grandchildren now. This pasta machine works flawlessly and reliably. It's virtually maintenance free as long as you take care not to get it wet. Don't wash it. It is better to let the pieces of paste dry, then tap them lightly and they will fall out. Simply wiping dry is enough. Cuts noodles very smoothly. The roller function is very precise and makes preparing ravioli easy and fun.
