I like that they are open to feedback and willing to change things when necessary. They seem to be very passionate about what they do and their customer service is great. It's not easy to get people who know how to build a large scale system. They have solid engineers, but they need more senior people with experience in building large scale systems. If you're looking for someone to help you build something big, they're probably your best bet. We are solving problems related to storing and moving data between different cloud services.
