It's easy for our stakeholders (product owner, PMs) who are located in other offices / timezones as well! We can now easily communicate within just couple of clicks without having all-day meeting or video calls like Skype etc., which was very helpful while working remotely at times due to COVID situation - we cannot meet face2face during office hours but still want them involved so this tool solves it perfectly!! If you work remotely then yes definitely try out online meetings if not already using any such software before going live :) Also have used Slack earlier when I worked there where they were solving same problem too though their implementation might be slightly different than what u guys did here :).
