The support is very responsive. They are able to customize the product to fit the needs of the customer. The product is easy to use and navigate, and it does a great job at keeping track of all of the contacts that are stored in the system. I would like to see a better way to track the amount of time spent on a task. The Watermark team is very responsive and always willing to help. I would absolutely recommend Watermark Solutions to anyone looking for a robust and easy to navigate CRM system. We are using this product to track all of our contacts and keep track of all of our projects.
