Review on Xedi by Joe Griggs

The customer service was awesome! They were always willing to help when I needed something fixed. At first there seemed to be too many features that didn't seem very useful but after getting familiar with them it became clear they are essential for running your business. It's not as easy as others to use unless you understand how everything works. Take some time at first just trying out all of the functions to see what will work best with your specific needs. We're using xedipro for inventory management so we had no issues. But one thing that was kind of difficult on our end was having to enter information manually into the system once every week or two. This took away from my productivity in other parts of the day.
