Disappointed by the Subpar Products from Mokoru

I was eager to shop at Mokoru because I respect quality and sustainability in clothing. However, I was disappointed and frustrated by my interaction with the online shop. Although Mokoru's goal of empowering women to exhibit their individual style is admirable, the quality of their products is lacking. With fraying seams and loose threads, the clothing I got was made cheaply and poorly. Even worse, I noticed stains and marks on some of the items I got, which made me wonder about Mokoru's quality control standards. I contacted customer service to report the quality problems, but received unhelpful and dismissive answers in return. It was obvious that Mokoru put more emphasis on closing deals than on keeping clients happy. The return procedure was also laborious and time-consuming. It took a few weeks to get a refund, and the whole ordeal left me feeling irritated and demoralized. Based on my experience with their subpar products and unhelpful customer service, I am unable to suggest Mokoru as a whole. Although they have a noble goal of empowering women, they fall short in this area because of poor quality control and attention to detail. I advise shopping elsewhere if you place a high value on quality and ecology in your clothing choices.
