The product came with the original cellophane or at least looked original. No visible scratches or abrasions. Looks brand new, I am pleased to report that it works as advertised. The monitor shows the sun directly on it, without reflections and glare. Great for my well-lit room. Not suitable for overclocking, I tried 120hz but no Bueno... 110hz worked but the monitor said it was out of range so I didn't use it. HDR 100Hz and 3140 x 1440 for $400 is good value. The colors appear to be on par with the Sony Oled. I'm 36 years old, I don't think my mind works like these young people after 100 Hz. Sony oled @ 120 for pubg is the same. Oddly enough the monitor said 'Use the included display port cables', it's a cheap 10ft 1.4. The message has disappeared and still works. Otherwise 5 stars
