    The product came with the original cellophane or at least looked original. No visible scratches or abrasions. Looks brand new, I am pleased to report that it works as advertised. The monitor shows the sun directly on it, without reflections and glare. Great for my well-lit room. Not suitable for overclocking, I tried 120hz but no Bueno... 110hz worked but the monitor said it was out of range so I didn't use it. HDR 100Hz and 3140 x 1440 for $400 is good value.     Yes, it works with Mac via USB-C

    I have one on the go and one through my local employer. The comment here that it doesn't work with MacBooks is wrong. You need to follow the process and start your Mac with the connection already established. Once plugged in, it's a great monitor. The height is easily adjustable, which makes a big difference in posture and discomfort at the end of the day, and the user interface is intuitive and simple. That's a lot of monitor for a pretty low price.

    Excellent So far good for me

    I just installed this monitor and have been using it for about a week, but so far I like it. I've been working from home a lot lately and just wanted more screen real estate, and this monitor achieves that goal. Can't comment on gaming or a dual controller for multiple PCs or anything because I don't do that - just a boring office job.     The best widescreen monitor with great screen splitting software

    This monitor improves productivity by 100x! I use it with Mac and PC and both work great with LG's split screen software (the Mac version offers a simple toolbar icon for toggling the split settings, which is preferable to the Windows pop-up). I bought a refurbished version and it was perfect, came in the original packaging and with a good return window. The monitor has a jet button on the front instead of a few easy-to-use buttons.

    Great for productivity!

    I love this monitor! I used a 27" and a 24" before one of them died I needed a dual monitor to program with. LG Onscreen controls allow you to customize the window layout you want. I really wish this wasn't shipped by USPS because they have trouble getting it to where I live. I was concerned that it might be damaged as it was shipped in a box twice the size of the monitor box. But unfortunately he is here after a day delay.

    Amazing screen! good for me

    Ideal for coding / working. huge upgrade for my macbook air... built in speakers are decently loud. definitely louder than my laptop speakers. The monitor stand is very stable and reliable. Definitely recommend this to my friends 😎

    It was packaged a little roughly and my MacBook didn't select the right resolution initially; but then the monitor worked fine! It's just a pity that it doesn't have a USB-C input...

    Was literally updated as new as Amazon! I love the monitor, it's great! Direct connection 100 Hz and easy to change settings on the monitor. 300 HDR. There is a VA panel.

    Strange but great monitor

    The most important thing to know is that if you need to run this from two different computers, you will need the Dual Screen Controller software. If you just want to run it as a split screen from the *same* computer, you'll need the On-Screen Controller software. Both are free from LG, although you might need to do a little searching on LG's website to find them.

    Constant beep when monitor wakes up

    When I wake up from the monitor there is a constant beeping sound. I have to reconnect to my Mac for the beeping to go away and I have to do this every time I leave the house or take a break and get back to work. This is very annoying and I tried calling LG support but they couldn't help.

    A good widescreen monitor for general use, but not the best for photography.

    I find the black levels weak and the colors never quite right, even after calibrating with my Spider. I'll be looking for a different monitor soon.
