This has happened too often. I'm buying a cartridge to be ready for an exchange. I usually buy in advance, like this time. Bought at the end of October. It's February and I need to replace. Put a new cartridge in my printer and I get a damage message and it doesn't work. So I wasted $50 and now I have to reorder the printer and can't print until I get a new cartridge. There needs to be a way to get a refund and replacement no matter how far in advance the product was purchased. I buy early so I don't run out of ink for my home business. I'm tired of wasting money!
