There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.
This isn't the first time Logitech has disappointed me with inexpensive keyboards. I'll buy something more expensive next time.

Pros
- Really quiet input on both keyboard and mouse.
Cons
- The quality of the product is disappointing. The case is strongly deformed, swings on a flat table. I had to peel off the middle rubber stand and re-glue it to the right leg.
