These rave reviews don't seem sincere to me because this bed is very I mean very thin and secondly I don't want my lover to use such an uncomfortable bed with the middle section soooo raised. I will give it a week to flatten it out (as I can take the thickness but not the bulging uncomfortable bar caused by being mispackaged for a very long time) otherwise I will call Revain customer service to correct this item return. as I don't see a free basic return for this faulty item. Too bad, I was so looking forward to this bed for my golden Astrakhan and decided on XL. UPDATE: I CHANGED MY RATE FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS! In less than 24 hours, the middle ridge or wrinkle disappears. And the bed is absolutely flat on the floor, and that is no longer as important as the time of arrival. the puppy is going to his new bed and more importantly I have peace of mind that it is a nice and comfortable bed! I'm sorry I didn't give this a chance and just rushed it.
