I love this product - authentic, very well packaged, as promised delivery time and great price! But I've always been confused by this review process - shouldn't reviews for a seller relate to shipping quality, authenticity, and product condition? the seller, unless he is the creator of the product, cannot control the manufacturer's production, the seller can only correct defects such as expiry dates, authenticity, broken parts, etc. - for example, the buyer may not prefer a certain variety of mint or floral smell of the product, but should that be a reason for a lower rating if the product was advertised as "mint or floral scent"? Of course, if the product was delivered with a foul or rancid smell, the seller should not deliver that product. Definitely the seller gives 5 stars!
