I bought two and each took only a few minutes to assemble. They are really stable and easy to set up. I've seen one post where it was difficult to keep them from sagging. You have to tighten it with a lot of force, but once I tightened it, it stayed where I placed it. As with all these mounts, there's a fine line between tight enough that you can still make minor adjustments without loosening and loose enough that the slightest vibration will move them. My only workstation where the mount is higher on the monitor I was still able to adjust it high enough to match the height of my other larger monitor. I have no problem holding a 32 inch monitor.
