Review on 🔧 Durable Dee Zee DZ95D Steel Wheel Well Tool Box with Convenient Drawers by Michael Santos

I had a good opinion of Dee Zee products until they arrived. They are made of very thin metal and one of the doors was bent right out of the box. but the metal is thin so it was easy enough to bend back. The installation went well and the boxes were a decent size so I figured it would be fine. Not the case at all. After the first weather events, rust began to ooze from the seams, and one day one of the doors fell off immediately. You can see in the picture where we had to rivet them back. A few days ago I hit a bump and one of the boxes fell right out of the frame and you can see in the photos where the welding (or no welding at all) failed. Do not buy these boxes if you are installing them in a pickup truck, you will be sorely disappointed.
