Worth the money, justifies the advertising.
I've been using them for ten years. They remove my regular polish well and never hold too much liquid to discolor them. But enough - they have enough "tooth" to wear the color without rubbing off. I think they work best with OPI Moisture Remover and I've used it with other (cheap to expensive) removers.
