BROKEN IN A FEW MONTHS!

So it lasted quite well for a few months. From the moment I received it in March until now in September everything has been fine. The stickiness is excellent. Around July, the ring began to appear unstable. It will no longer work as a stand because it is loose. But sticky was still good. And I left it on my phone because the glue was still great. The fact that the stand didn't work didn't bother me because that's not what I bought it for anyway. I bought it to have another "insurance" for my phone so I don't drop it. Well, I didn't really realize that this weakness was due to this thing basically falling apart! I thought it was really just a loose stand. But no! How wrong I was in that assumption! I just walked through the supermarket. I ring the phone like I do sometimes. And suddenly my fucking $1600 phone falls away! Because the ring broke! It just suddenly appeared out of nowhere. And that's why I wait a while before writing reviews! If I had written one in April it would have been a false impression of a five star review because at the time it seemed excellent! But now there is only one star because I can't give a negative number of stars! If the rating scale was -5 to 5 stars I would give -4. I put a point for the glue you included. But it's not even your product! 3M makes this glue! That way they get 5 stars for standing up even if the damn ring couldn't! I'm really very angry. You should update your description to say that on a large/heavy phone like the Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra, the ring lasts around two and a half to three months before it fails. At this point you should buy a new one! ***Edit: *** It would be great if the company would at least get back to me and offer a replacement. I think the worst part is that I left this review and they just ignored me. One would think that the company would care. I also see that the product states that it can withstand at least 6000 flips/openings. I love that my phone tells me how many times I've unlocked it. And I used the ring about as much, if not less, because it sometimes stayed the wrong way round. Judging by my phone, I had 300 unlocks before the product went live. Then, around the time it actually broke, my phone said I had about 2000. Because I'm not always on my phone. This ring didn't hold nearly as many openings/flips as claimed. It was also never magnetic like it claims it will be. I have a magnetic holder for my phone and it has never worked. I feel incredibly betrayed by this post/description of the item. And really upset.
