This thing is a monster. At first glance, an extremely hard mode that is ideal for the intended job. The more I use it, the more it impresses me. It doesn't spin as fast as the wired model, but it doesn't slow down at all under load. Result: I think it actually outperforms the traditional "Hole Hawg". I ordered one and gave it to one of my guys in the field. Based on the response, I immediately bought another pair and will be buying another pair soon. Get an extra battery and you'll pierce almost any project before you run out of power. With today's cordless tools, it was the last tool in the box that still required a cord, but no more. From a 7/8" drill bit to a 4" hole saw, it handles anything we throw at it with ease. After 25 years as an electrician, I'm not easily impressed, but I was blown away. Buy one (or 3) and you'll be fine.
