Not Quite - But Close Enough?

My daughter couldn't wear it for very long, the collar was very itchy and irritated her skin. The rods are also only about half the size shown in the image, so it was awkward for her to hold them extended.She was very disappointed, and wanted me to return them, but I managed to sew additional cloth around the collar to protect her skin and used curtain rods instead (which required a little more sewing to keep them in place).

This was Terrible. The vendor don''t give any dimensions nor actual sizes of the product. My kids are 9 -12 and this product was more for a 4 year old.
