Also, I'm quite short: 5ft 0in to be exact. The length is about two inches below the knee. This also includes the petticoat edge. Perfect for what I was hoping for. Please Note: Petticoat piping is piping only, not a full petticoat. Again, I agree, just know that this isn't a full petticoat. All in all I am very happy with this find.
