I bought these pants for my son (who just turned 10) in size M. He is a little big for his age and they fit him well with little room to grow so I would say they are true to size. He says they are very comfortable. I'm deducting a star because it's not the best pair of pants he has, but they're great for lounging and I'd let him wear them when we're running errands.
