Product was easy to find, easy to buy, fast shipping (loved it), easy to install with well written instructions. When I flushed the charcoal for 30 seconds after installation, I noticed that there was still some charcoal left that needed flushing, but this happened after a few showers. So I would recommend flushing the filter at least a minute before installing it. So far I am very happy with the product and have noticed immediate results after three showers. My hair is softer which means the filter is definitely doing its job of filtering out chlorine and my skin is a lot less dry. I love it and will recommend it to family and friends. :) - Amanda
