I love you little lights they are bright enough for what I wanted because I have a long hallway and I thought I needed two or three of these in the hallway as out of some According to reviews I've read my hallway is pitch black, but I have one at one end of the hallway. So when I exit the second floor onto the first highway, it turns on before I can walk past. I have a waist high from the floor which is about 3 feet. I have to text my cat when she goes there so I love that I have another one down the hall that I wear during the day, you get some light shining through the living room so when I do the Enter hallway This end lights my way. Yes it's true it's a yellowish light but it doesn't make it that you don't get enough light to see so I think it will depend on what you use for you, in my case the corridors and basement stairs are too dark. I don't have to buy batteries, I can charge them, and having everyone's own remote control I think is worth it, especially when you have people who like to turn on every light on the way to their destination. great if you have kids in the house because they usually turn on every light on the way to where they are going at night, but with them you can light their way and not have to worry about them turning on the light or if you do it think turning them off, they'll stay on long enough for you to reach your destination, but not long enough for your battery to die. I also love how quickly they charge. They charge very quickly in less than an hour they are fully charged and it's amazing to me, I've had them for a few months now and my light bill has averaged $20-$30 less
