Lights are easy to install and provide ample visibility for night driving. Reflective LED lights are attached to a looped elastic strap. The bells aren't too loud and can be difficult to hear for an oncoming car. These aren't the old fashioned wind chimes you might be looking for, but they work great for me. The bell attaches with a plastic clamp with a screw that tightens onto almost any size handlebar and can be attached to other items except the steering wheel. The lights alone at this price are worth the purchase.
