Review on Flowmingo by Alex Smith

The ability to be able to send messages, emails or calls directly from flow. It's also very easy for customers to access their accounts with this software. I do not like that it seems difficult to figure out how to use at first. That is why i did not give 5 stars but rather 4 because of all the help they provided me with getting started using the program as well as training me in order to have more understanding on how to navigate through the platform. To begin using flow, you need someone who can teach you how to navigate through the system. They are willing to help with any questions you might have about navigating the website. This makes it easier to get set up since there will always be an employee available if needed. The best thing about this software is that it has been designed keeping in mind all kind of businesses, whether small or big with different size teams. It's easy to use for both beginners as well experienced users alike. I've used flowmigo only once but i found nothing bad so far. This tool really help us keep track of our work progress at any point during time without having to go back into excel sheet again & again which saves lot of precious working hours!
