Review on Klipsch RP 500C Center Channel Speaker by Heidi Ward

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's pretty BIG: Speakers

Guys, this may sound silly, but it's BIG. I didn't expect it to be as big as it is now. Aside from the actual measurements, as I've seen the measurements before, the physical presence of these speakers is almost the same as the RP-600M this completes. I bought the RP-600M a couple of weeks ago and didn't want to spend money on a center speaker, so I went with an old center speaker from my previous system that was about the size of a small loaf of bread. This weighs both size and weight in comparison. And it's not even the largest center channel that Klipsch makes. I know most people want to know something about sound quality. I'll try to come back in a few weeks to update this review on the actual sound quality, but I want everyone who is thinking of buying to know, beware it's a bit more than I expected. I had to rearrange my TV table and now all the CDs I put on the bottom shelf have to be moved because of insufficient space. The front end looks as expected for the size, but the depth is slightly greater than my old Kenwood center. I love that it is powerful and my system is now ready and browsing through my new Bladerunner 2049 Bluray disc was WOW. , so there's definitely a difference between the smaller center channel, which barely registers dialogue, and this one, which is quite strong. More on that when I can live with that for a while. For now, that's all. size large. South.
