New update: 3/24/20 Excellent customer service. They contacted me after this review and sent me an updated version of the case. It's the same design with different adhesives. I hope it holds up as the case itself is pretty solid. If it lasts, then 5 stars. If not then I'll give this review a 2. In the meantime I'll add an extra star for excellent customer service. Last updated: 1 month ago Protects the buds, but the body needs protection too. The top part keeps coming off because it's just the tape holding it in place. I've had it less than a week and it keeps coming off. I'm worried that it might come loose when walking and lose the lid of this suitcase. That's a shame for the 2020 thing. It's only good protection if the case can hold the headphone case. I'm sending it back and getting a silicone case instead. I'm also afraid of this case opening and my headphones flying out as it's only held together by magnets. All my fears should be over as I purposely bought this product to protect my case. But ironically, this protective cover simply diverted my anxiety away from my buds and instead turned to the survivability of this product. Conclusion: I have no rest when using this case. RETURNED.
