My wife and I wanted to watch movies in bed but there was no room for the TV in our room. I bought 3 different projectors and finally settled on this one because of 1) price (should be less than $100) 2) keystone correction - I'm projecting from a corner of my room and needed to adjust the keystone correction to balance the image 3) USB powered - I use a Fire Stick and wouldn't want to use any other power cord, so USB performance was great. I've bought other projectors with USB ports, but I'm assuming it's just for data because they don't power the brightness of my Fire Stick 4) - that was the biggest benefit. Compared to the other two projectors, this one blew her mind! Even in a room with simple blinds that block the light (not even blackout drapes), the picture was still very bright and clear at midday. At the end of the day, the price and brightness made this an easy fix to my problem. Oh, and if you've got an old tripod, there's a handy mount on the bottom of the projector.
