Like most Godox products, it does exactly what it says on the tin. If you need a Bowens style mount for your AD200 or flashes this is the one for you. It's simple and easy to attach, and you can then use the same modifiers on your small lights as you use on your studio strobes. All this greatly speeds up changing modifiers, since there is only one system in the studio. need this? Probably no. But it will save enough time for even the layman to pay for itself in a couple of weeks. Nothing super complicated here, it's just a dumb adapter to create a physical mount. It feels solid and should stand up to reasonable use. The included gels were handy too, but that's more of a freebie than anything you'd do anything to buy this one for. Consider it a nice and sometimes helpful gesture.
