Great solution for personal gym
I've been using these for an ad hoc gym i put together in my garage. The foam mat lies atop concrete and stages a bench and dumbbells. i lift weights, bench and do core exercises on this mat without any issue such as sliding or separating. the mat has a firm feel that is comfortable and support. the grip is effective at preventing slippage when my sweaty hands engage it for pushups, etc.
