I was worried that my iPhone 11 might be too big and heavy, but I was wrong. The thing works great. It pulls out of the vent pretty well, allowing air to escape around them. Not sure yet how winter heat can affect the car warming up, but so far I'm glad I bought it. Easy to use. Automatically closes around your phone when you place it in the holder and releases your phone when you want to take it off with the press of a button. Now there is nothing to attach it to the vent making it unusable for my needs. The charger itself still works, but what's the point of sitting like you're sitting on a console? I'm waiting for a response from the company to see how this can be fixed. Update: The company replied immediately and assured me that they would take care of the issue as the charger comes with a 3 year warranty. Just a few days later I received a replacement vented cell phone holder (no charging as the charger is still working fine) but this holder had an updated and improved vent holder. This one isn't going anywhere and is the most secure vent holder I've ever seen. The customer service from this company is top notch. Back to the 5-star rating. They put their customers first.
