Review on Nilight 1260Lm Driving Lighting Warranty by Kenneth Foster

*Updated on 06/18/2020* Shortly after my last update, Nilight promptly sent me a brand new piece of equipment. So kudos to them for their customer support. Unfortunately, the spare part also corrodes. I put it in a cup, left it outside for about a month and if you look at the attached photo you can see the rust. I just need to order a real SS-HW and factor that into the cost of the product. I've updated my rating to 4 stars (from 3 stars): the bulbs are good so far, the customer service is good, the price for 8 bulbs was great, the only problem is that I have to buy a real SS HW and replace them all at the expense of double work. *Updated May 07, 2020* Nilight replied to me at the end of January. So there was a small problem with the email response time, but after that they responded and promptly sent me the missing hardware kit. I installed the headlights around mid-February and now after just a few months all the mounting hardware is rusting. I wrote Nilight and at first they said it was ok but I disagreed and replied. They will send me all the new devices but I'm worried it will be more of the same and not really SS HW. I will test the new hardware before going through the tedious process of reinstalling all 6 bulbs (5 bolts, 5 washers and 3 nuts per bulb). signs of corrosion. Photos are attached for reference. *Original review* Not installed yet. I bought a set of 8 because I needed 6 but the price was really good for a set rather than buying them in pairs. But the problem so far is that I have only received 7 devices. I've emailed customerservice@nilight.com and followed the instructions on the warranty card that came with it, but haven't heard back from them yet. I will update as soon as I get permission and also after they are installed.
