I bought three of these little fans and gave one to my sister. I carry it with me and always take it with me during hot flashes. What a relief. The three levels are great, the third level performs well, it's a bit noisy for a church or cinema but it certainly feels great when you're under siege by those hellish tides. My sister loves hers too. I love that it charges via USB and I can bend the handle and point it at myself so I don't have to hold it in my hands. Hot flashes, hot office, hot weather outside - it's great!
