I thought I'd save time with this Linzer cookie cutter. I work reasonably well during the season but I doubt this is a long lasting product. It's a bit flimsy and needs to be removed from the top mold every 3 biscuits. You will need a toothpick as there is no mechanism to push the dough out. The shape holds up very well when baking. The two little springs that help pop your round cookie have been undone many times and you have the pieces on your table. I would not recommend this cutter as you are very careful to push the cookie out with even pressure or your cookie will have a ring protrusion which will push your cookie out of shape.
