We have been using this with our kids for about 7 years since they learned to brush their teeth with toothpaste. They brush (no protest) and floss their teeth every day and I'm happy to say we haven't had a toothache or tooth decay yet! My kids love it, that's all you need to know. I had to use it once out of necessity, that's when I realized strawberries were meant to be eaten, not brushed. We've tried other toothpastes with our kids, but they keep coming back to Tom's Strawberry Toothpaste. Assuming it's all natural, I love that my kids love brushing their teeth with Tom's toothpaste. Tom's offers both with and without fluoride. In addition, the toothpaste does not foam too much, so everything stays relatively clean when children brush their own teeth. No teeth problems yet (knock on wood)!
