Main product ok. The New "Smart Pump" No. First, when you twist the cap to squeeze out the lotion, both sides of the cap look the same. So you can't tell which side the hole is on. After two accidental splatters of lotion all over the table, I finally resorted to using light-colored nail polish to paint the half of the panel containing the holes. (I bought three bottles) Nothing came out for several days. I examined the hole and saw that these tiny holes were plugged. So I had to use a needle to pull them off. I've never had such a clogged lotion with a pump. Also, it doesn't look like the pumping mechanism unscrews from the bottle! It appears to be melted into the bottle rather than a threaded screw cap. Sometimes in life it's good to just stick to time honored methods! New is not always better.
