Look everywhere for product information, assembly instructions, warranty cards, etc. Well, I think they should decide that they can handle this themselves. Who Needs Instructions? Who needs information about a product you just paid close to a thousand for! First impressions are crucial and so far I'm completely disappointed with this company, I'll send back asap, I'll spend my money elsewhere! Today I took my front bumper off and measured as you can see in the photo it's only 9ft 9ft short for my 11ft awning what a joke. And I have an 11ft Solera awning on my Sprinter. ! This company fails in every way! Save time and money!
